      • Primary Street Setback– Council’s Local Planning Policy – Streetscape requires a minimum street setback of 3.0 metres from Milford Street with an average setback of not less than 6.0 metres. The application proposes a setback to Milford Road of 3.58 metres minimum and 5.75 metres average.
        • Secondary Street Setback – Council’s Local Planning Policy – Streetscape requires a minimum secondary street setback of 3.0 metres from Shepperton Road The application proposes a reduced setback of 1.44 to 3.1 metres to Shepperton Road.
        • Boundary Wall Setback – Council’s Local Planning Policy – Streetscape requires a minimum secondary street setback of 3.0 metres from Shepperton Road. The application proposes a reduced setback for a portion of the garage wall of 2.5 metres to Shepperton Road.
