The Town of Victoria Park has resolved to initiate Amendment No. 79 to the Town of Victoria Park Town Planning Scheme No. 1 due to a request from the land owner of Lots 9 and 9525 Victoria Park Drive, Burswood.
Amendment No. 79 proposes to modify Town Planning Scheme No. 1 (TPS1) to be consistent with the changes to density, building height, plot ratio and land use permissibility for Lots 9 and 9525 Victoria Park Drive, Burswood that are contained within the amendment to the Burswood Lakes Structure Plan approved by the Western Australian Planning Commission in September 2017.
