Consultation has concluded

Civic Leadership is identified as one of four pillars in the Town’s Strategic Community Plan mission statement. To support Council with its decision making, in particular its EMBS and OCM meetings, it is appropriate for the Council to review the structure and format of agendas for both meeting forums to ensure they are reflective of the needs and expectations of both Elected Members and community.

The Council at its meeting held on 10 October 2017 resolved to undertake engagement and consultation with key stakeholders on the format and timing of agendas for the EMBS and OCM meetings and report back to Council prior to 30 June 2018.
