Draft Revised Local Planning Policy 7 - Development and Vehicle Access to Properties Via a Right-of-Way

Consultation has concluded

Existing Local Planning Policy (LPP) 7 - Vehicle Access to Properties Via a Right-of-Way has been reviewed and revised to improve its format and structure, and introduce new provisions for development abutting rights-of-way including building setbacks, surveillance, landscaping, lighting and fencing.

What is happening now?

The Council consented to public advertising of the draft revised policy at the Ordinary Council Meeting held on 19 November 2019, and we are now seeking public comment on the proposed changes.
