Height of Boundary Wall – A boundary wall to the southern boundary adjoining your property is proposed. Council’s Local Planning Policy – Boundary Walls permits to abut an existing or simultaneously constructed wall of a similar or greater dimension. The proposed boundary wall has a maximum height of 8.35m metres above natural ground level which exceeds the abutting wall by 350mm.
