In accordance with Local Planning Policy – Community Consultation on Planning Proposals, you are invited to comment on the following matters:

  • “AA” use – The proposed use is a Discretionary Use within the Office/Residential zone.

  • Car parking – During office hours, 29 car bays are provided for the existing restaurant (13 car bays), retail (6 car bays) and office (10 car bays). The proposed change of use requires a total 30 car bays for the existing restaurant (13 car bays), retail (6 car bays), office (6 car bays) and Recreation-Private (5 car bays). Resulting in a shortfall of 1 car bay.

    Outside office hours, 13 car bays are provided to the restaurant. The proposed change of us requires a total of 31 car bays after office hours, the Restaurant requires a total of 26 car bays and Recreation-Private requires 5 car bays. Resulting in a shortfall of 18 car bays.
