  • Average Height of Boundary Wall – A boundary wall to the north east boundary with an average height of 3.05 metres above natural ground level in lieu of an average height of 3 metres as permitted under Council’s Local Planning Policy – Boundary Walls.
  • Length of Boundary Wall – A boundary wall to the south west boundary is proposed to have a combined total length of 15.6 metres. The Residential Design Codes permits a boundary wall of a maximum length of 13.35 metres as permitted under Council’s Local Planning Policy – Boundary Walls.
