The Town has received a development application for Proposed Single House. The application proposes to demolish the existing house and replace it with a new single storey single house

  • Boundary Setbacks – The Residential Design Codes prescribes the minimum setback distance of buildings from boundaries other than the street. The application proposes variations to the setback of the following walls:
    • Ground Floor wall to dining room and alfresco – 1.5 metres required; 1 metre proposed to north-western boundary.
