The Town has received a development application for Amendment to Development Approval (Reception Centre) at the above-mentioned property to continue the temporary approved use on the subject site.

In accordance with Local Planning Policy 37 – “Community Consultation on Planning Proposals”, you are invited to comment on the following:

  • Car Parking - The use continues to propose a maximum on-site car parking shortfall of 39 bays. While 45 bays are required to be provided to comply, 6 bays (with compliant vehicular access) have been proposed.
