The Town has received a development application for an amendment to an approved. The application proposes to amend the approved floor area of a ground floor café, reducing it’s size and increasing the number of consulting rooms from 5 to 6 rooms.

In accordance with Local Planning Policy 37 – “Community Consultation on Planning Proposals”, you are invited to comment on the following matters:

  • Car Parking - The amendment to the proposed Restaurant and Consulting Rooms seeks to increase the approved car parking shortfall of 24 bays on the site. The configuration of the Restaurant and Consulting Rooms proposes an aggregate car parking shortfall of 26 bays, which results in an increase of the existing car parking shortfall by 2 bays.
