In accordance with Local Planning Policy 37 – “Community Consultation on Planning Proposals”, you are invited to comment on the following matters:
- Proposed Use - The proposed development is for a Sunday Market/Car Boot Sale which is not listed under Town Planning Scheme No. 1 and is therefore classified as an “Unlisted Use”.
The applicant has outlined that the intended Market/Car Boot sale would take place between 6am and 10am, with bump/out and clean up taking place before 11:00am. It is noted that ‘The Park Centre’ typically opens at 11:00am on Sundays.
