  • Signage – Council’s Local Planning Policy 38 – Signs requires a ‘Wall Sign’, being an advertising sign attached or painted directly onto an external wall of a commercial building, to be located on non-residential land only. The retrospective signage includes two (2) wall signs located on a building within the Residential zone.
