Average Height of Boundary Wall – A boundary wall to the North-western (rear) boundary with an average height of 3.2 metres above natural ground level in lieu of an average height of 3.0 metres as permitted under Council’s Local Planning Policy – Boundary Walls.
Length of Boundary Wall – A boundary wall to the North-western (rear) boundary is proposed to have a length of 10 metres. The Residential Design Codes permits a boundary wall of a maximum length of 9 metres as permitted under Council’s Local Planning Policy – Boundary Walls.
