The Town has received a development application for a four storey building containing 25 independent living units, chapel and clubhouse.

In accordance with Local Planning Policy – Community Consultation on Planning Proposals, you are invited to comment on the following matters:

  • Car Parking – A total number of 32 independent living units and 32 clubroom/chapel car parking bays are required. The application proposes 25 car parking bays on-site. A total of car parking shortfall of 39 bays is proposed.
