  • Secondary Street Setback – Council’s Local Planning Policy – Streetscape requires a minimum secondary street setback of 3.0 metres from Berwick Street. The application proposes a reduced setback of 1.4 metres to Berwick Street to the proposed Pantry Addition on site.
