The Town has received a development application for Additions (Patio) to Grouped Dwelling. The application proposes a new patio to replace the existing patio at the rear of the property.

In accordance with Local Planning Policy 37 – “Community Consultation on Planning Proposals”, you are invited to comment on the following matters:

  • Length of Boundary Wall – The existing boundary wall to the North-East (side) boundary is proposed to be extended to a total length of 13.8 metres. The boundary wall will comprise of the exiting dwellings wall and the proposed patio. The Residential Design Codes permits a boundary wall of a maximum length of 12.6 metres as permitted under Council’s Local Planning Policy – Boundary Walls.
