In accordance with Local Planning Policy 37 – “Community Consultation on Planning Proposals”, you are invited to comment on the following matters:

  • Length of Boundary Wall – A boundary wall to the common boundary with No.39 Creaton Street boundary is proposed to have a length of 12.24 metres. The Residential Design Codes permits a boundary wall of a maximum length of 11.94 metres as permitted under Council’s Local Planning Policy – Boundary Walls.
  • Average Height of Boundary Wall – A boundary wall to the common boundary with No.39 Creaton Street having an average height of 3.06 metres above natural ground level in lieu of an average height of 3 metres as permitted under Council’s Local Planning Policy – Boundary Walls.
