The Town has received a scheme amendment for the above-mentioned properties to include the additional land use of ‘Motor Vehicle and Marine Sales Premises’ under Schedule C of the Town Planning Scheme No. 1.

In accordance with Local Planning Policy – Community Consultation on Planning Proposals, you are invited to comment on the following matters:

  • Amendment to ‘Schedule C – Additional Uses’ of the Town Planning Scheme No. 1 by inserting the use of ‘Motor Vehicle and Marine Sales Premises’ as an additional use at Nos. 7, 9, 11 and 15 (Lots 2, 3, 31 and 32) Teddington Road, Burswood.
