- Primary Street Setback – Council’s Local Planning Policy – Streetscape requires a minimum street setback of 1.5 metres from Canterbury Terrace for Carport Additions to Existing Dwellings. The proposed Carport Addition seeks a variation to Canterbury Terrace of 1.0 metre setback.
