The proposed development is a rehabilitation centre specifically dedicated to the treatment and rehabilitation of adults and children with various forms of disability. Specifically, the proposal will include the following:

  2. • Operational Therapists;
  3. • Psychologists;
  4. • Dietitians;
  5. • Martial arts classes; and
  6. • Pilates directly associated with the physiotherapy treatment (one on one treatment).

In accordance with Local Planning Policy – Community Consultation on Planning Proposals, you are invited to comment on the following matters:

  • Proposed Use - An ‘Educational Establishment’ is classified as an “AA” (discretionary use) within the ‘Office/Residential’ zone under Town Planning Scheme No. 1.
  • Car Parking – The proposed uses propose to increase the existing car parking shortfall of 8 bays on the site. The proposed uses propose a car parkin shortfall of 21 bays, which results in an increase of the existing car parking shortfall by 13 bays.
