Public Participation Plan Finalised

The Evolve Public Participation Plan will 
outline the who, why, how and what of the public participation that will be run between February 2016 and July 2016.

Public Participation Begins

Public participation (aka community engagement) will be a crucial aspect of the Evolve project. It begins in February 2016. The desired outcome is to get as much information from as many people as possible.
October 2016

Public Participation Ends

Public participation will conclude in October 2016. The information collected during the previous six months will be used to inform the Strategic Community Plan, the Corporate Business Plan, the Long-term Financial Plan, the Asset Management Plan and the Workforce Plan.
March 2017

Public Participation Outcomes Paper

The Public Participation Outcomes Paper is the document that will summarise the information collected during the public participation process. This document will be released to the public. It will be the primary document used to inform the Strategic Community Plan and other documents.

Draft Integrated Planning Reporting Framework Documents Released for Comment

The public participation process was used to collect as much information as possible from as many people as possible to inform the Strategic Community Plan, the Corporate Business Plan, the Long-term Financial Plan, the Asset Management Plan and the Workforce Plan. These documents will be released to the public in their draft form for comment.

Council Considers Integrated Planning Reporting Framework Documents

Following the release of the draft version of the Strategic Community Plan, the Corporate Business Plan, the Long-term Financial Plan, the Asset Management Plan and the Workforce Plan are considered by Council for endorsement.
