Each workshop group decides on their rules of engagement at the beginning of the process. This group's rules of engagement are:
During voting consensus would be achieved at 50% + 1.
Quorum set at 5. This is the minimum number of participants that must be present at any of the workshop to make the proceedings of that meeting valid. Any less participants and the workshop will be cancelled.
Elected Members taking part during the workshops can observe.
Staff residing in the town can attend and participate in the workshops.
Participants to show common courtesy during the workshops.
Participants wanting to bring a child/children to the workshop must advise the group prior to a workshop.
Facilitator requested all personal discussions regarding service requests to be discussed after the workshop.
